At the moment there are very few doctors in Ireland (North or South) who have worked with TS issues in Ireland. Unfortunately there is only one Dr. taking on new patients anywhere at the moment, she Dr. Ethel O'Gorman
Windsor House, BCH There is a psychiatrist in Dublin who has worked with trans patients for many years but he has stopped taking on new patients. Likewise there was a doctor in Cork who treated a good many patients but she passed away recently so at the moment there is no one to turn do in the Republic. The best advice at the moment is to ask your GP to refer you to your local psychiatric hospital. Unfortunately they won’t actually do anything.
