July 2001: A letter (unpublished) to the editor of The Irish Times by the Vice-chairperson of Irish CND following a series of articles on the American plans for missile defence.

May 2001: On the occasion of a visit from the Gensuikyo (Japan Council against A and H Bombs) a press release was issued announcing a ceremony at Irish CND's cherry tree.

May 2001: Irish CND made a submission to the Referendum Commission arguing against the Nice Treaty. Here is the press release announcing the submission.

October 2000: The most recent additions to the list of nuclear-armed states were India and Pakistan. In both countries there has been opposition to their nuclear policies. Two leading activists in India and Praful Bidwai and Achin Vanaik, were awarded the Seán MacBride Peace Prize for their opposition. This peace prize is awarded by the International Peace Bureau and sponsored by Irish CND. Here is a press release issued by Irish CND on this occasion.

April 1999: A letter on the Partnership for Peace published in the Irish Examiner under the title 'Choosing your bomb target' and in The Irish Times under the title 'NATO attacks on Yugoslavia' (second item; I.T. subscribers only), from the Chairperson of Irish CND.

January 1999: A pamphlet on the Partnership for Peace, published jointly by Irish CND and the Peace and Neutrality Alliance.

November 1998: A letter on the Partnership for Peace submitted to newspapers by the Vice-chairperson of Irish CND.

May 1998: The text of a press release on the occasion of a press conference held by Irish CND to call for a No vote to the Amsterdam Treaty.

May 1998: A letter on the Amsterdam Treaty published in The Irish Times, from the Chairperson of Irish CND.

August 1996: Why do we still need nuclear disarmament? This is an unpublished draft leaflet for Irish CND which gives the position in August 1996 (later estimates at end).

October 1994: White paper on foreign affairs: In preparation for the Government's white paper on foreign affairs, the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs invited submissions. This is Irish CND's submission in October 1994.
