ANGEL OF WISDOM

A lovely white dove flying high in the Heavens,
Looping the loop, doing sixes and sevens,
"Wonderful fun!", its thoughts running free,
"Oh what a joy it is to be me,
I'm safe, I'm secure and I'm totally real,
I'm living and loving, oh how good it feels!".

"Look, I can see, what's that over there?",
"Its an eagle" a voice whispered soft in its ear,
"What does it do?" it thought with a smile,
"It eats you for dinner!" came swift the reply,
"Oh no that can't be" it thought "for you see
I'm alive and I live for eternity",
"Well then I'm wrong" said the voice "so I'll go,
But first may I ask how it is that you Know?".

"I Know for I've learned that death cannot be,
All that lives is a part of immortality.
There's proof, if you like I'll explain it to you,
Then, lo and behold, you'll know it too!".
