Garden Cottage Restored granite cottage set amongst fragrant herb gardens in a lower courtyard. The Garden cottage is a perfect retreat for two couples or four friends to share a few days together in the countryside. There are two bedrooms, one on ground floor and one on first floor, a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a bath ensuite and there is also a small cloakroom on the ground floor. All rooms are double aspect with views of the gardens and the Barrow valley

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for Individual bookings.

Notice of 7 or more days prior to arrival: 10% administration charge will apply.
Notice of less than 8 days: 100% of accommodation cost*.

Notice of less than 1 day: 100% of total cost*.

*It has never been our policy to charge for services that have not been provided. Every effort will be made to re-let cancelled rooms and when a cancelled room is successfully re-sold a 10% administration charge will only apply.

Cancellation Policy for Corporate Retreats and Group Bookings

Notice of more than 22 days: Deposit only.

Notice of 8 to 21 days: 50% of accommodation cost.

Notice of less than 8 days: 100% of accommodation cost.

Notice of less than 2 days: 100% of total cost.
