The cooking is creative and contemporary with generous flavours, combining the best of Irish produce with influences from our extensive travels around the globe. There is a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients from local and organic producers and we make great use of our own home-grown fruits, herbs and vegetables throughout the season. At Kilgraney the pace in the dining room is always leisurely and the culinary style is distinctly fresh and light.

Pre dinner drinks are available in the drawing room from 7.00 pm. Dinner is served at 8.15pm.

Wed. to Sun. evenings (July and August), Thur. to Sun. evenings (remainder of season).

Dinner, a lavish six course seasonal menu, is served in the cherub-adorned main dining room. In the tribal art dining room, up to twelve guests can experience communal dining around an impressive Kilkenny limestone table (subject to minimum numbers and availability). Both traditional and healthy options are available for Breakfast.
