and welcome to the Dublin Night Sky Observer (DNSO) pages which are aimed at amateur astronomers and armchair astronomy and space buffs. Pages are updated on a regular basis (especially news) with the changes being listed below. News items will be kept online for as long as possible (until space runs out) before being deleted.
Suggestions and comments about the pages are welcome (and reports of any dud links).

The pages are best viewed at a resolution of 1024x768 (or above) but are still readable at lower resolutions. The pages have been designed to display text in the "Comic Sans" and "Verdana" TrueType fonts as a first preference or the standard font selected within your browser (usually Times New Roman). If you don't have the fonts on your PC, they are available from Microsoft's Typography page. Copies of the fonts for Apple Macintosh's are available at the same site.
