Hook Head lighthouse views for framing

Also called Hook Point, one of the most easily recognisable lighthouses in Ireland, featured on an ESB commercial and a postage stamp, it is the oldest in Ireland, once looked after by monks. The “Hook”, as it is known, is profiled in a stunning new paperback photo essay, entitled Ireland’s Lighthouses, published by maritime photographer, John Eagle, for Collins Press. Lorna Siggins, The Irish Times May 2010
