Commercial Relationships:

 

While it may not be of direct relevance to the current needs of the client group, we are particularly interested in developing commercial relationships for profit. Des Ryan & Associates is prepared to take defined risks in order to pursue our objectives in this area.

 

For example, we see particular scope in pan-European trading opportunities that can be enhanced by new business models now possible due to technological convergences.

There may be synergies with other groups we are engaging with for a profitable joint venture that may be core/non core to your group's vision.

 

We are particularly interested in some specific business models that will be the subject of a radical market shakedown when the Application Service Provider (ASP) model moves a little more centre stage. Examples include product-sourcing portals on the Internet that are set to change the traditional customer /supplier relationships, High-end software that will become more affordable and available to the SME sector via ASP's. We have concluded that with the early advent of significant local and EU web farming, broadband and other specific convergences significant valuable opportunities are waiting for fulfilment.
