Ripples in Times was an ambitious dance show co-produced with Garter Lane Arts Centre in Waterford. It ran at the Garter Lane Theatre for five performances beginning 14 May 2002.

Libby Seward wrote in the programme: 'Ripples in Time explores the themes of Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood and Old Age. The hopes, fears and dreams associated with each age inspire a feast of stunning moves and images. At each moment of life we stand on the threshold of the past and the future. This endless series of 'nows' is what creates our stories; each returning full circle, like ripples in time.

'For me Ripples in Time began its journey on a path between woodland glade and river, both telling their own stories, both part of the endless circle of life. I trusted the young people with a soulful vision. I wasn't disappointed.

'For many of the performers, this is their first experience of dance. With sensitivity and intuition they have explored life, past, present and future. Together we have created this gift for you to share.'
