JIMMY KELLY is from Kilkenny but works in Waterford. Is thirty two years old and has been painting seriously for the last three years. Preferred medium is Oil, but also loves Pastel. Has participated in a number of Group Exhibitions including Imagine Festival at CTI Parnell St., this year.
