There are four competitive swimmers in the family: Kieran at masters
level; Leonore (16) at national senior level; and Michael (14) and Ciara
(10) at age group level. Family members have been involved in swimming
and water polo clubs in Ireland, UK, USA, Australia, Philippines, Papua
New Guinea, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and South Africa and have held national
swimming titles in many of these countries. Current attachments are to
the Sunday's Well Swimming Club, Cork Masters S.C., City of Cork S.C.,
and to Dolphin (Fitzpatrick) S.C. for water polo.
