William Colby 1778
William Colby was born November 17th 1778. I wonder why he was born in Gt Yarmouth? He was the first of nine children all born in the Redenhall,Wortwell area. Perhaps his mother, Sarah Scott, was from Gt Yarmouth? William died on March 25th 1853 in Wortwell. Hannah died on December 30th 1859.
Hannah was the base born daughter of Lydia Meek, she was born in May 1777 in Scottow, Norfolk. Her mother married John Riches a widower on 6 June 1786. Hannah had a brother Thomas christened July 7th 1871.
