Training content is determined by interview with you and your candidates.
What you require and what skill level already exists will decide the topics or
features covered.
All training is provided in-house with a maximum of six people.
Course notes are provided for each candidate.
Training is delivered in modules of 90 minutes. Therefore a half-day is two
modules with a break of 15-20 minutes in between, and a full day is two
half-days including a break of 1/2 hour to 1 hour for
lunch.
All training is interactive. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions,
generate discussion and perform hands-on exercises.
Key Benefits
-
Enhanced individual productivity. Candidates learn what they need to know
in order to carry out their work. Competence and confidence is
increased as people learn how to make the software work for them.
-
Modular approach allows flexible scheduling. Training can be spread over
several dates allowing minimal interruptions to the workplace and space for
practice in between times.
-
Attendance is normally 100% as people are already at work.
-
Significant cost savings. In-house training, based on how you do
business, costs a fraction of the money you can pay when you have to pay
'€xxx' amount per person, per day when you send them out on a 'standard'
course.
