Description: A warm welcome awaits you in this B&B, located only 10 minutes from Dublin Airport. Riversdale House is an beautiful detached family home. Set in a quiet country area, yet only a 10 minute stroll to the busy town of Swords.
The guest accommodation consists of three uniquely styled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, hairdryer, multichannel TV, and tea/coffee facilities. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms. Iron and Board available upon request. There is an excellent breakfast menu to choose from each morning served between 8am - 10.00am. We also cater for early guest departures. If you have any special dietary requirements just let us know and we will be happy to cater for you.

200 Meters take a right turn at traffic lights This is Balheary Rd.

Take the R132 towards Swords.
Follow signs for Balbriggan

At the 6th Roundabout from Airport take a left turn. This is called the Estuary Rounabout.

200 M take a right turn at Traffic Lights. This is Balheary Rd.

1 Km down this road , no turns is Riversdale. On left hand side of road.

Directions coming from Belfast using the M1

Exit at sign for Swords go on to the R132 to the first rounabout at Swords take a right turn. This is called the Estuary Rounabout

By Bus Directions from Dublin or Airport

Take the 41a, 41, 41c or 33 from Lr Abbey Street to Swords Village.

At Swords Village if you took the
41c Get off after Swords Business Campus.

33 Get off at the Estuary Lounge.
We are about a 15 Minute walk from the village.
