We love to receive letters and emails from customers telling about their experience with our products.

The information we receive is carefully recorded and forms part of our ongoing research into animal behaviour, and the effectiveness of different forms of deterrents.

By letting us know about your pest problems, and how effective you found our products to be, we build up a statistical picture which helps us to guide other customers in the correct use of the products.

The vast majority of our customers tell us how happy they are with the products, but we would also like to hear from you if you have had particularly difficult pest problems, or if you felt that the products were only partially effective. 

We would like to include some comments on our Web Site and other Promotional Material.  In all cases, we will NOT use your real name or address.  If you would prefer us not to publish any of the contents of your letter, please let us know.
