Pat Neary has more than 13 years experience working in recording studios. He has worked with Def Leppard and the Cure,among others and has produced and managed several Irish acts.	He is presently a director of a label, Secret Productions Ltd., co-owned by Philip Fulham. Acts presently signed to Secret include the Ill Dependents and Cane 141 . The record label is dedicated to independent original and innovative music, crossing diverse musical boundaries.
