This magnificent old Andalucian style apartment situated in the heart of Puerto Banus has breathtaking views of the Marina and Mediterranean coast. Only a few steps away are the yachting marina, two superb beaches, shops, night-clubs, quaint restaurants and designer boutiques. Just a five minute walk away, one can find a communal pool with marvelous facilities such as a restaurant / bar, shop, showers, sun loungers etc.
The apartment is 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 6 kilometres from Marbella. It is 1.5 hours from the historic city of Granada. The costa de Sol is the most popular all year round tourist destination in Europe. It has miles of golden sandy beaches and is a golfers paradise. The nearest golf club is less than a mile away and all the famous golf courses are within easy reach. The average water temperature is 18c (and 24c in August). Sunbathing is possible in the winter months too.
