Exert thy wondrous influence over hearts, so that all the children of the great human family may unite in love of the same Father who is in Heaven. Teach nations and individuals the great law of evangelical charity which thou hast so well understood and practised here below and dost continue so gloriously now thou art in Heaven. That a lasting agreement being thus established between nations the desire of the Vicar of Jesus Christ may be soon realised: "Peace as a fruit of justice and Charity".
