James Denny 1846

James William Denny was born July 28, 1846 in Redenhall (Source: 1851 census.), and died October 20, 1883 in Ipswich as the result of a building accident.  He married Mary Ann Charlish May 6, 1872 in Redenhall, daughter of William Charlish and Susan Rackham.  She was born July 7, 1848 in Pulham St Mary, and died September 3, 1928 in Ipswich.

At the time of the 1881 census, they  were living at 5 Dillwyn Street, Ipswich St Mathew, and had Willey age 8, born Harleston, Ernest 5 born 44 Handford Road, Ipswich, Edward 2 born Badingham.  They later had Maud who was born 19 August 1882 in Ipswich and died 2 October 1962.

Edward married Sarah Ann Barton and they lived in Coulsden in Surrey. They had at least two children, William 1907 and Frank 1921.  Frank died in World War II in 1944.

Maud was born 19 August 1882 and died 2 October 1962 in Leytonstone.  She married Charles William Charlis 8 August 1915 in Ipswich,  They had one son, Robert James Charlish who was born 5 August 1916, Forest Gate and died 7 August 1998 in Plymouth.
