Dividing Head Calculator is a simple program to help mechanical engineers and students.
Designed to help my father with the calculations to cut varying number of toothed wheels. All you need to do is enter a value for divisions and click the calculate button... Hey Presto you have all the details you require with the most efficient use of plate and turns.
Divisions = the number of divisions you require in the finished work piece.
Plate = the number of holes in the selected circle on the required dividing / indexing plate.
Turns = how many complete turns per division.
Holes = how many additional holes to rotate the head per division.
Degrees = how many degrees the work will rotate per division.
Version 4 now includes the configuration options for any possible ratio of dividing /indexing head you can have, along with plate selection and user registration. Dividing head is currently retailing at € 25 per single user license.
FREE SOFTWARE!!!! My contribution is.... EuroCalc Eurocalc Version 3.0.15 For Windows 3.1 to XP for conversion simultaneously between all values for currencies in the EMU.
All you have to do is enter a single value in any of the member country cells, tab out of it and hey presto you have what that value is worth in all the other currencies. Each edit box is labeled by its EU standard naming convention ie; Irish punts is called IEP and the French Franc is called FRF.I am releasing this as freeware for the world to play with so Download EuroCalc.exe (234Kb) or EuroCalc.zip(95Kb) and send it to all your friends and do let me know what you think or any bug reports by e-mail
