I need suggestions for treatment of Pleuro-Pneumonia Like Organism in showpigs.  I have one showing lameness symptoms that I plan to treat with Lincomix and Pred-F.  I want to treat my other pigs that are not showing symptoms as a preventative measure.  My informaiton tells me to treat with Lincocin in the weaning ration at a dose of 200 grams per ton and can be continued at the lower 40 gram level after weaning.  Is this referring to water soluble Lincomix or another form of Lincocin ?  The only forms I can find are the water souble Lincomix and the injectable Lincomix.  Any information you can suggest will be greatly appreciated.  We have been shoing pigs since 1966 and have never had to deal with this before.  We have always raised our own pgis and maintain a high health herd.  We brought some new pigs in from another breeder, so I don't know if this came from there or not.  Thank you.
