Synott's team suffered from the poor first half of the competition. Taker didn't start to perform until it was too late. Edge was dreadful in the first half but his feud with Kurt Angle in April and May helped to move Synott into the top 20. His failure to make changes at the transfer period because he lost the sheet was poor from Synott. Shocking stuff!
