This means that appointments - early morning, lunchtime, evenings - are made to suit you. The office hours are here (I am open lunchtimes and all day Saturday), but these can be altered to meet your requirements. |

The customer is kept up to date at all times with matters concerning the progress of the case. Communication is of utmost importance and the customer will be aware of progress. |

The customer knows best. The cost of the transaction - the fee involved, together with registration fees, stamp duty and other outlay - is discussed and agreed in writing at the outset. |
