ORGANISATION
The MSDP will be an independent multi-denominational, co-educational day-school with charity status, having a Board of Trustees, Board of Governors, Administrator and teaching staff. The administrator, in effect, will be the Principal of the school. The MSDP ad hoc Committee have a Project Manager to take charge of planning, administration of the school project and ECA. The legal structure is based on the Educate Together model, complies with the rules for Boards of Management. The 'Patron' will be the Executive Committee, elected by the Members. The MSDP Council will be the body of influential people who support its aims and principles and promote them through fund-raising etc.
