MOTOR CONSTANT MEASUREMENT FUNCTION (Automatic tuning function) SELECT (Parameter No. 68) |
ATTENTION
Data setting value | Details |
0 | Data value that indicates normal state. (Set this to cancel the transition to the automatic tuning mode set with data No. 1 and 2.) |
1 | Sets the transition to the mode that automatically tunes the voltage compensation constant. (After setting the data, press the LOCK button to enter the measurement state. Press the "FWD." or "REV." button to start the measurement.) |
Data setting value | Details |
2 | Sets the transition to the mode that automatically tunes the slip compensation frequency. (After setting the data, press the LOCK button to enter the measurement state. Press the "FWD." or "REV." button to start the measurement.) |
3 | Changes the voltage compensation (parameter No. 69) and slip compensation frequency (Parameter No. 70) details to the recommended constants according to the data set in the motor capacity (parameter No. 66) and motor poles (parameter N0. 67). (When the data is set, the parameter No. 69 and 70 constants will be changed, and the normal state "0" will display automatically.) |
2.Automatic tuning must be executed when the motor is completely stopped.
4.The acceleration time during automatic tuning of the slip compensation frequency will be the value set in parameter No. 01. If the acceleration time is too fast, an overcurrent trip may occur, or the tuning may not be completed correctly.
2. Enter the measurement preparation state : Press the LOCK button, and enter the measurement preparation state.
4. Complete automatic tuning. The display shown on the right will appear when automatic tuning is completed and the measurement data is automatically written into parameter No. 69 or 79. (Voltage compensation constant : parameter No. 69/slip compensation frequency : parameter No. 70)
1. Correct tuning of a special motor such as a high-speed motor or high-slip motor may not be possible. If the tuning results are not within the designated range, "Er1" or "Er2" will be displayed, and the inverter will trip. (The state can be reset by pressing the STOP button on the operation panel. The normal stop state will be entered.)
