Forest Debut for Brendan Moloney
Well done to former Belvedere player
Brendan Moloney who came on as a sub in Nottingham Forest's 1 - 0 home
win over Gillingham on Saturday 17th March 2007.
Brendan has progressed well since joining
Forest from Belvedere in the Summer of 2005.

Three more players from Belvedere joined British clubs during the summer.
Vincent Whelan (goalkeeper) has joined Wrexham and is progressing well.
Already he has been on the bench for the first team.
Karl Byrne (midfield) is on the books of Plymouth Argyle and is working hard
in his quest to become a professional footballer.
Cillian Sheridan (forward) has joined up with Glasgow Celtic and already
settled in well with a few goals for their under 19's.
These three players are on the same road as three of their team mates
who left Belvedere in the Summer of 2005 to link up with British clubs.
All are in their second season and progressing well.
They are: Brendan Moloney (defender) is now captaining the Nottingham
Forest youth team.
Gary Breen (defender) is a regular in the Manchester City reserve team. Played
in the F.A. youth cup final last year.
Paul Cahillane (midfield) had a good first season with Glasgow Celtic and is
on the brink of reserve team football.
All six boys send best wishes to the Belvo team the left behind along with
good wishes to Belvedere F.C.
Best wishes also go to the following players for their hard work, effort and
commitment to Belvedere F.C. over the years. They have moved on to other
clubs this season to begin a new chapter in their football careers.

(St. Vincents G.A.A.), Garry O'Toole (Wembley F.C. Limerick), Alan McCann (St.
Patricks Athletic)
All eleven of the above players were part of a Belvedere team which, in
three years, won two All-Ireland Cups, one DDSL Cup and one DDSL
Premier League Title . The team were also runners-up in a League and
All-Ireland.
