Blackburn Rovers Debut for Keith Treacy

Well done to former Belvedere player Keith Treacy who made his Blackburn Rovers first team debut on Wednesday last 31st October 2007 when he came on as a substitute in their 2 - 1 Carling Cup win over Portsmouth.

Nineteen year old Keith was capped for the Republic of Ireland at Under 15 to Under 19 levels, and was recently called into the Under 21 squad by manager Don Givens, only to miss out due to injury.

Belvedere Young player of the Year in 2002, Keith was also awarded the eircom / FAI Under 16 International Player of the year in 2005.
