Danny Joyce Called into Ireland Under 17 Squad

Belvedere Under 15's player Danny Joyce was called into the the Republic of Ireland squad for the Under 17 European Championships Finals which will be held in Antalya, Turkey from May 6th to16th. 2008. Ireland are grouped with France, Spain and Switzerland in Group B, while the hosts Turkey, Netherlands, Scotland and Serbia will compete in Group A 

The winner and runner-up from each Group will  progress to the semi-finals. The final will be staged on May 16.

Republic of Ireland Under-16 International Danny Joyce was called into the squad in place of  Kallum Keane ( Derby County ) who is unable to travel with the panel due to a back injury.
