A squad of 36 players has been announced by Republic of Ireland Under 16 Manager John Morling for this week's A and B friendly matches away to Belgium on Tuesday, April 27 and Thursday, April 29, 2010.
Belvedere's Adam Evans, Darragh Lenihan, Darren O'Donoghue, Eoin Hyland, Kealan Dillon, John McKeown, Pierce Sweeney and Sean Kavanagh, have been included in the traveling 36 which will be divided into two squads, with both panels playing a game on each of the match-days
These will be the final Under 16 friendly internationals for this age group under John Morling.
Republic of Ireland Under 17 Manager Sean McCaffrey will be attending also with a view to next season's UEFA U17 qualifying series which begins in the Autumn.

Portugal Tournament for Republic of Ireland Under 16
The Republic of Ireland Under 16 squad head off from Dublin on Tuesday 2nd February to play in a four nation tournament at Albufeira in Portugal. Ireland will play Italy, Netherlands and the hosts Portugal over a 5 day period.
Manager John Morling has named a 20 man squad for the tournament including Belvedere Under 15's Kealan Dillon and Eoin Hyland.
This is a great opportunity for Ireland to play against three top European football nations and no doubt the players will benefit greatly from the experience.
