Billy Byrne R.I.P.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of William ( Billy ) Byrne on Monday 25th January 2010. 

Billy was a great supporter of Belvedere Football Club. 

His son Damien was a successful manager with Belvedere, while his grandson Philip also enjoyed great success playing with the club, before going on to play in the League of Ireland. 

We extend our sympathies to Damien and Philip and all the Byrne family on their sad loss. 

May he rest in peace.
