It was with great shock and sadness to learn of the death of young Aidan Cromwell on Saturday 9th February 2008. 

Aidan, who would have been 12 years old in March, played with Belvedere Under 11's team this season before transferring to Saint Columban's Boys in October last.  

His former Belvedere team mates formed part of the Guard of Honour at his funeral on Monday 11th September.

Belvedere Under 11's players and the managers Adam Cassidy and Darren McDermott send their condolences to Aidan's parents and family on their sad loss.

As a mark of respect to Aidan, Belvedere Under 11's match next Saturday 16th February has been postponed.
