3 BALL SHOWER

The three ball shower is when you throw all three balls along the same path, which is a circular path. To learn this you can either dive straight in or else first learn the throws. The throws are very easy so you could probably just start. The throws are slightly higher so you should be able to control them and then there is the throw from one hand straight to the other. You need to be able to do this throw without looking.

To start the shower take two balls in your right hand and one in your left (can be done the other way round if you find it more comfortable). Throw one ball from your right hand. As it reaches its peak throw the second from your right hand and throw the ball in you left hand straight to your right. As the second ball peaks throw the ball in your right hand and throw the first ball which you will already have caught in your left hand back to your right and keep on going.
