The hostel has full air conditioning. Thus, providing a very pleasant and comfortable environment for its guests.

All en suite bedrooms have power showers for the guests comfort. The hostel also has extra power showers on all floors in the event of the en suite rooms being occupied.

The hostel is cleaned on a daily basis by professional cleaners who maintain an extremely high standard of cleanliness. All common areas and toilets are cleaned every 3 hours.

A full laundry service is available for our guests upon request.

Guests may store their bulky luggage in our luggage room free of charge. We also run a luggage storage scheme where non-residents may store their luggage for a nominal fee.

Our guests tell us that our hostel in addition to being the cleanest is also the safest. Cameras in all common areas are on video record 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Consequently, we have no messers and guests are guaranteed a good nights sleep without disruption. The hostel also operates a key-card access system to all rooms and this ensures total privacy and safe storage of belongings. The hostel also provides safety deposit boxes, where guests can store their valuables.

For our foreign guests, the hostel provides international payphones so that they can keep in touch with their loved ones.

The hostel have agreements with companies specialising in both bike and car hire. This results in favourable terms for all abbey hostel guests.
