Singer/Songwriter/Band
Among the highlights of Mundy's career
to date are opening on Alanis Morrisette's first UK tour, on only
his sixth live gig. His track "To You I Bestow" from his debut
album "Jellylegs was also included in the film and soundtrack
of Baz Luhrmans' Romeo and Juliet, which went on to sell 11 million
copies. Since then, he has supported a huge array of artists including
Neil Young, Cast, The Longpigs, Manic Street Preachers, Mansun
and Van Morrison and performed at many high profile music festivals
in Europe and the USA. Mundy is once again on the road to promote
the single "Mexico/July" from his latest album which is due for
release in September. The single has already met with critical
acclaim. Both tracks were produced by Tommy D of Catatonia and
Finley Quaye fame and have the potential to become this summer's
anthems, such is the catchy and addictive nature of both songs.
His forthcoming shows are a unique opportunity for fans both old
and new to experience at first hand the fruits of Mundy's labours
and see for themselves not just what the future can offer Mundy,
but what Mundy can offer the future! Mundy is available for bookings
throughout the summer.
